Can Humanz stop a worker being rostered with an expired site induction or VOC?
Yes. Credentials, inductions, medicals and verifications of competency are tracked per worker with expiry dates, and bookings are checked against the requirements of the specific client and site. A booking that would breach them is flagged before it is confirmed, and expiry alerts fire weeks ahead.
Does it manage flights and camp accommodation as well as rosters?
Yes. Flights, rooms, vehicles and plant are scheduled beside the people who need them, using templates and bulk uploads for changeovers. When a swing changes, the attached logistics move with it.
Can subcontractors and labour hire be rostered with our own employees?
